Resources

Unless you communicate with your audience face-to-face, the value of your work and your message will be judged by the quality of your resources. Whether you produce education packs, tourist guides, handbooks for your property or properties, posters, flyers or any other material, if they are bland or look like everyone else's they won't be as effective as they should be.

History by Design specialises in original and attractive resources, including print and online publications. Unlike most consultancies, however, we can take care of every stage of your publication: from research, writing and editing to design, printing and electronic publication.

So, if you want to make a mark, look at what we have to offer. There is a selection of our work on these pages, but we are always keen to get involved with completely new projects and ideas. Let us know what you have in mind!

The Barbican
Ben Locker wrote a cross-curricular teacher's resource for the Barbican's prestigious In the Face of History exhibition, which opened in October 2006. The Barbican was delighted with his work:

"Ben worked with me to produce a teachers' resource for the Barbican Art Gallery exhibition In the Face of History. His writing was excellent, he followed the brief carefully and had obviously spent a great deal of time preparing and considering the best way to approach the project. He worked according to a fairly tight schedule, produced work on time and was always easy to communicate with.
I was very pleased to have worked with Ben on this project, and would definitely work with him again.
